When renting a car from / to the airport, prepaid online, you still have to pay airport surcharge at the airport - credibility? - and this is Europcar! I have the impression any rental car company with a good product, a good website and transparency could just gain all the customers of the established ones over night...

Virgin Atlantic - such a great airline - but they do not let you on the booked flight because you do not carry the credit card that you booked with, even though the money was in fact transferred more than two weeks before departure????????????????????
What is the value of a contract in such a case? And what about all of these expectations with such a brand on top? I have never ever in my life lost a flight and business I had planned accordingly but for my own fault before... And this without even hearing any word of "I am sorry"....

Sixt - charging a week of rental after what had been a day, with the car having been returned on time, and this even having been confirmed after a phone call.. All the trust is lost, the customer is left with the hassle to recuperate the money, and there is not even a since sorry....
