The organisation was founded in 2010 by Ursula Silling, who holds a long standing track regard in executive teams of a number of full service and low cost airlines, including Lufthansa, British Airways, TUI / HLX, Brussels Airlines and Virgin Express, Aerosvit Ukrainian Airlines.
