The organisation was founded in 2010 by Ursula Silling, who holds a long standing track regard in executive teams of a number of full service and low cost airlines, including Lufthansa, British Airways, TUI / HLX, Brussels Airlines and Virgin Express, Aerosvit Ukrainian Airlines.
Our founder and owner Ursula Silling has extensive experience to work in different cultural environments and markets, with very tough challenges requiring hands on support as well as the development of a clear vision and the subsequent strategy to achieve it.. Transformation and mentoring are part of what we do in order to achieve sustainable change, with a clear business focus.
